About Paul
Paul (he/him/his) is a Professional Counselor Associate who graduated with his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025 from Fairfield University. His approach to counseling rests on the ideas that a values-driven life, confronting personal meanings behind difficult emotions, and finding one’s place in the world are vitally important for mental well-being. Paul hopes to create a safe environment in which students can, at their own pace, explore and harness both their pain and their strengths in order to heal. He has experience working with college students experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, personal crises, concerns about the future, and difficulties coping with intense emotions. Paul is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with his friends, family, and pets.
