Important Information and Updates
|
|
|
|
The One Stop Office, along with most offices at the University, will follow a summer schedule on Fridays starting May 22 through August 14. Our office hours during this time will be Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy your summer break!

As a reminder, tuition bills for the Summer 2026 semester are due on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Students can access their tuition bill in ePay via the . Please note, if registering for summer courses after the May 13 billing due date, payment will be due upon registration.
Outstanding Spring 2026 Balances: If you have an outstanding balance for the Spring 2026 semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term (May 13, 2026). Failure to pay your remaining balance by this date may put your account in jeopardy of being transferred to our Internal Collections Department. Please contact bursar@newhaven.edu if you have any questions regarding your balance.
Information regarding Fall 2026 billing will be available in mid-June.

Students who have finalized their financial aid file for the 2026-2027 academic year will be sent an award notification email to their university email address at the beginning of June.

May Graduates: Please check your university email for important information on how to receive your diploma once it becomes available. We anticipate diplomas will be available in mid-to-late June.
Final grades for Spring 2026 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myşÚÁĎÍřłÔąĎ portal on or around May 25, 2026.
Official transcripts reflecting Spring 2026 final grades will be available once end-of-term processing is complete, anticipated on or around May 26, 2026. You may request a transcript at any time, but please be sure to indicate “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree” to be sure the transcript is not released before changes to your record have been completed. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.

Searching for outside scholarships is a great way to help fund your education beyond the support you may receive from the university. Check out our tips below to help with your scholarship search process.

- Use a filter to narrow results

- Read the criteria carefully to ensure you qualify.
- Choose 5-10 scholarships that fit your profile.

- Tailor your resume to highlight relevant skills and experience.

- Request letters 2 weeks before the deadline.
- Choose recommenders who know you well.

- Double check your application.
- Ensure all required materials are included.
